Butlers at Byron
Butlers at Byron offers a well presented four bedroom beach house with deck overlooking the heated plunge pool. It has a well equipped kitchen with servery opening out to the bbq area. There is a large open plan living area and all bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning and fans. The main bedroom offers a king size bed and ensuite. Bedrooms 2 & 4 are king size beds however can be made as two singles on request. The third bedroom has a double bed with single bunk above. Off street carparking is available to accommodate approximately 3 cars.
There is also a separate self contained studio. The studio also has a well equipped kitchen and large outdoor area . There is a queen size bed with ensuite and ceiling fans. The access for the studio is via a rear lane and off street parking is also available.
Each property is totally private from the other and can be booked as a whole (subject to availability) or individually. Free wifi is included for both properties. Butlers at Byron is located within 500 metres to the main shopping centre, bars and restaurants and a 10 minute stroll to Byron Bay's iconic beaches.

To access the studio drive along Butler St, turn right into Burns St then immediate left into an unidentified lane. Access is behind a large timber sliding gate at the end of the lane on the left.
Property is within 300 metres to the bus terminal, main shopping centre and a 10 minute stroll to the beach. Airport transfers from Ballina Byron Gateway Airport and Gold Coast Airport are readily available.

This property offers a four bedroom house with deck overlooking a solar heated plunge pool. Three bedrooms offer king size beds (two rooms can be made into single beds on request), the fourth has a double bed with single bunk above. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a well equipped kitchen including all appliances with servery opening onto the deck where meals can be cooked in the hooded bbq. It is within a 5 minute walk to the centre of town where there is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and bars for you to sit back and enjoy the atmosphere. Byron Bay's iconic beaches are within a 10 minute walk. The Byron Bay Farmers Market is within 200 metres. This is literally a holiday house where you can park the car and throw away the keys.

The studio accommodates up to 2 guests and includes a queen bed. There is a modern well equipped kitchen (no oven) and a combined dining/living area. It has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. There is an under bench washing machine.

Group restrictions - maximum of 8 adults at the property. All adult guests MUST be over the age of 21. No guests under 18 unless accompanied by parents.
House guests only, other guests on specific arrangement with the host
A $1000 Security Deposit will be required. This is processed on arrival
Strict no party policy - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs (in response to the noisy neighbour hotline).
No Bucks/Hens parties or 'Schoolie'/School leaver groups permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond, immediate termination and loss of all payments

Deposit Policy
A deposit will be required at time of booking. There will be a $100 cancellation fee if cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival. Full payment is required prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival in off peak seasons with the exception of music festivals and special events. Cancellations received during these times will incur a $100 administration cost. All cancellations received during school holidays will incur $200 cancellation fee.
No Show Policy
In the case of No show, no refunds will be issued.
Child Policy
There is no capacity for extra beds in rooms however our properties are child friendly. The beach house offers a solar heated plunge pool with limited pool toys available. There are boogie boards for guests to borrow. The studio has a large landscaped backyard.
Check-in Policy
Check-in starts after 02:00 PM In most instances access will be via lock box however there may be times when someone will meet you at the property
