Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of funds for your reserved dates. All bookings require payment in full at the time of bookings. Booking confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you once your booking is complete.

Deposit Policy

Payment for the full duration of your stay is required upon bookings. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. We accept Visa and Mastercard via our booking system.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will result in one night's accommodation being forfeited. Cancellation less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival will forfeit the full value of your booking. At the owner's discretion, we may offer you an alternative date to re-schedule your stay with us.

No Show Policy

Payment for bookings where guests do not show shall be forfeited.

Child Policy

Here at Redtail Ridge we are ADULTS ONLY - Guest 18 and over.

Check-in Policy

Check in is available from 2pm. You will be required to provide your vehicle registration number and credit card information on arrival for security purposes. This information is destroyed within 7 days of your departure.

Other Policy

Please note we cannot accept pets at Redtail Ridge Cottages.
