Booking Policy

A government issued valid Id proof is required for booking.

Deposit Policy

One night deposit will be charged at the time of booking and remaining will be charged on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations outside 7 days incur a $100 cancellation fee.

If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited.

Bookings can be moved once to another date at no cost.

No Show Policy

Please note in case of No show total amount of reservation will be charged.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is only allowed outside , 4 metres away from entrances of apartments.

There is a minimum $250 room recovery fee charged for guests who fail to comply with our no smoking policy. In order to recover the extensive costs of restoring guest rooms to a smoke free condition.
