A spacious, well equipped 3 bedroom property, offering quality accommodation in a nice residential area, located next to Motueka Golf Course.
Views of the fairway can be enjoyed from the open plan kitchen / lounge area or out on the deck.

This comfortable house has a large open plan lounge , dining, kitchen area looking out to the golf course.

The spacious lounge area has a 50 “ HDTV with chrome cast plus and a stereo with Bluetooth.
Free unlimited wifi is also provided.

3 double sized bedrooms all with fitted wardrobe space.
All beds are made up with quality bedding and all have electric blankets fitted.

The bathroom has a separate shower, bath , washbasin & toilet.
Another toilet is provided in the laundry room where you will also find a washing machine.

GAMES ROOM – Located in the large double garage is a chill out area with pool table, table tennis & dart board.
You can also play dvds, music or You Tube videos from your device via chrome cast.
Ideal for a rainy day, or to just enjoy spending time having fun with family and friends.

A great place for you and your family / friends to stay whilst you explore the Abel Tasman & Golden Bay region or alternatively a great place to just chill out and relax.

FYO : Located across the small courtyard area is a separate self contained detached studio that may be occupied by us ( the owners ) or by other guests.
Any guests staying in the Studio have access to the garden area at the front of the property only.
Alternatively, it may be available for you to book as extra space if you require a total of 4 bedrooms or need to accommodate up to 2 extra guests.

Getting There : DIRECTIONS BY CAR -- Follow the signs to Motueka.
If coming from the West Coast, go straight over the junction between King Edward Street and High Street into Old Wharf Road.

If coming from Nelson, go straight over the roundabout, continue along High Street, then take the 2nd turning on the right into Old Wharf Road.

Continue along Old Wharf Road, past the Recreation Centre, then turn left into Thorp Street.
OUR OFFICE is located about 1 km along this road, located on the right hand side at 101 Thorp Street ( Jandals 101 ).

Please walk down driveway to house at the back where it says ' Enquiries ' and ring the doorbell.

We will then be able to meet you and show you to your property ( a 1 minute drive just around the corner ).

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

Valid credit card details are required for all bookings.

Deposit Policy

We ask that full payment is made 30 days before your arrival date.
Alternatively, if you are arriving within 30 days of the booking date, the full amount will be charged to your credit card when the booking is made.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified more than 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be
charged.
If cancelled or modified 30 days or less, prior to date of arrival, 50 % of the total
price of the reservation will be charged.

If cancelled or modified 14 days or less prior to date of arrival, or a no-show,
the total price of the reservation will be charged.


These cancellation policies may be changed for longer stays, or for bookings at
certain times of year.
If so, you will be advised at the time of booking.

No Show Policy

If a no-show,
the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

Families with children aged 8 yrs & over are welcome.
Children under this age are by prior arrangement only.

The standard rate is for 2 guests only.
Any extra children / adults are an additional $25 a night per person.

Check-in Policy

When you get to 101 Thorp Street, please walk down driveway to house at the back where it says ' Enquiries ' and ring the doorbell.
We will then be able to meet you and show you to your property ( a 1 minute drive just around the corner ).

Upon checking in, please note you will need to complete the check in form with valid credit card details.

Other Policy

GENERAL – IMPORTANT
No parties or events.
The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons in their group, including any visitors to the property, during the time of their stay.
No visitors after 9.30 pm and quiet time after 10 pm. ( You are in a residential area so please have respect for our neighbours ).
The registered guest is liable for damages to the property or content of the property incurred during their stay. This includes both malicious or accidental damage by themselves or any of their guests. Any losses, damage or extra cleaning costs will be charged to the credit card supplied or invoiced directly for any amounts that cannot be processed via credit card.


CLEANING / SERVICING OF ACCOMMODATION
Please note that our property is serviced between guest reservations only and general housekeeping during your stay is your responsibility.

On your departure, we make the beds, clean the shower, toilet and vacuum.
We ask that you leave the kitchen with dishes done and in a clean & tidy condition ready for the next guests please.
This also includes the oven & BBQ.
If the property is left in a condition that needs extra time spent on it, we do reserve the right to charge an excess for cleaning, of up to $50 per hour.
This is rarely used, but a necessary precaution.
