Alkira Garden Studios, 90 McCartin St, are set in a beautiful garden setting in central Leongatha, in easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops.
Alkira Bailey Lane, 20 Bruce St, accessed off Bailey Lane, is our all access studio with a bathroom and kitchenette suited for those with mobility needs.
Alkira House on Bruce, 20 Bruce St, is our lovely little cottage for couples, families or groups who like to have a little more space to enjoy.
All accommodation is close by the Great Southern Rail Trail for easy group accommodation. Note that the Alkira studios are at 90 McCartin St and Alkira House on Bruce and Alkira Bailey Lane are at 20 Bruce St Leongatha. All locations have good quality WiFi.
- Each Garden Studio is a separate building with a Queen Bed, En-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, desk, chocolates, bar fridge and private deck.
- Alkira House on Bruce is a lovely 1950s cottage which can be set up for 2 with a sunny large Queen Room and bathroom, or you can choose to have all three bedrooms (Queen + Ensuite; Queen; Twin 1xD 1xKS; 1 x shared bathroom) opened up for up to 6 people. With a large lounge, kitchen, dining and outside areas there is plenty of space to spread out. Only your booking will stay at anytime.

Alkira Bailey Lane, our newest studio, is set on Bailey Lane behind our Alkira House on Bruce.
Alkira Studio on Bailey Lane is separate to the house with its own garden outlook, parking and a bathroom suited to those with mobility needs.
There is a Queen Bed and a King Single. An extra single bed can be supplied for multi-night stays. A full size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, small fry pan, cutlery and crockery are provided. We have sinks and cupboards that you can easily reach whether standing or using a wheel chair.
It is an easy sealed path to the centre of Leongatha for restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets.

Guests can cancel free of charge until 3 clear days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
Alkira House on Bruce and Alkira Bailey Lane:
Guests can cancel within 3 days of arrival for bookings of up to 2 days. For bookings of 3 days or more guests must cancel 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Children of any age are welcome at Alkira Leongatha.
Check-in Policy
You will be sent an SMS text with key box code and directions to the property on the day of your arrival. Check-in is available after 2:00 pm.
Other Policy
All Alkira locations are non-smoking sites. All rooms and the garden areas are non-smoking. If a guest is found smoking in the room or a trace of smoking is found you will be charged $200.00 for cleaning the room and bedding.
All linen, WiFi, heating/cooling, toiletries are provided. The room is cleaned at the end of each stay or weekly.
The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Pets are not allowed.
