Karri Valley Chalets

Karri Valley Chalets backs onto Beedelup National Park and set on a private property in the heart of Karri Valley. Each chalet offers a wide verandah with sweeping valley views, a log fire and a full kitchen.

A comfortable living area offers 2 leather sofas and a Smart TV from which you can stream your favourite channels or login to your preferred service provider. The kitchen includes a full size stove with oven, a microwave, and a family size fridge. The bathroom offers pure spring water supply to the bath/shower and a hair dryer. The toilet is in a separate room for your convenience.

We offer full ambulant facilities to ACROD standards in our "Joey" chalet.

There is excellent 4G mobile phone reception (Telstra only currently). We provide free high speed WiFi coverage to 80% of the property and each chalet has a smart TV for your entertainment.

Entertain yourself by watching the kangaroos that live on the property, or enjoy a meal in the large undercover barbecue area with a picnic table and sit around the ever popular fire-pit.

Karri Valley Chalets are a 5-minute walk from the "Lakeside Restaurant" and all the activities offered by RAC Karri Valley Resort.

Pemberton is a 20 minutes beautiful drive and Margaret River is only 1.5-hours away.

Car Parking : Free onsite parking is available for two vehicles adjacent to each chalet.
Getting There : Karri Valley Chalets is located only 20 minutes from Pemberton, 30 minutes from Nannup, 75 minutes from Margaret River or 3.5 hours from Perth. We suggest you look at our website's contacts page, where we are identified on Google Maps.

1 Bedroom Chalet (Joey)

This colonial double-brick chalet is disabled-friendly (to ACROD standards), has a private verandah, an open-plan living area with log fire, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a complete kitchen with a full size stove, family size fridge/freezer and comfortable queen size bed. All linen & towels are provided, along with coffee, tea, sugar and milk. A complimentary amount of firewood is supplied, free of charge, during the cooler months.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

A valid credit-card is required at time of check in, for security purposes.

Deposit Policy

You will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable unless the entire vacancy is filled. A credit for a future booking may be issued at management's discretion but only if the entire vacancy is re-booked.

An administration fee of $50.00 is applicable for booking changes. Discounted rates will revert to normal rates for amended bookings.
Guests are responsible for their entire reserved stay. No refund is given for reduced guests or period booked.

No Show Policy

Your deposit will be forfeited and you may be charged for the remainder of your booking.

Child Policy

Children are welcome and are charged at the same rate as adults. An baby/infant under the age of 18 months can occupy the same bedroom as parent/s, sleeping in a cot. A portable cot and high chair can be supplied upon request (limited number available).

Check-in Policy

Check-In is any time between 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM.

Other Policy

Groups arriving with additional guests will not be hosted and will forfeit any monies paid, as a breach of the booking terms and conditions.
