Renmark Country Club

On arrival registered guests must provide a credit card number to be entered into our system. This will be kept for any incidentals over the duration of your stay. A photo identification matching the name of the registered guest must be presented on check-in. An Australian driver’s License, an Australian issued Proof of Age Card or an International Passport are all acceptable forms of photo identification.

No prepayment is needed.

The Renmark Country Club cancellation policy requires any cancellations and amendments be made prior to 2pm (Hotel time), one (1) full day prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival are subject to one (1) full night’s accommodation charge. For cancellation and no shows inside 24 hours, where pre-payments are made, all funds will be forfeited. During high demand and special event periods extended cancellation policies may apply.

No show bookings will incur the first night’s accommodation charge. The Hotel will attempt to contact all no show bookings however if we are unable to make contact with the guest(s) within a reasonable time frame, the remainder of the of their stay will be cancelled.

There is no capacity for extra bed in room.

Check-in time is from 2pm (14:00) until 8pm (20:00). Guests arriving earlier may be granted access prior to 2pm, subject to availability and the Duty Managers’ discretion.

The Renmark Country Club does not permit animals on premises at any time. If an animal should be found in your room you will be asked to leave and charged an extra cleaning fee.
