Welcome to Glenlynn Farm Cottages. We are situated just 5km south of Bridgetown on the South Western Highway, an ideal location for one day trips exploring the beautiful South West.
Our four cottages each have 2 bedrooms, with a cosy fireplace and are set on a 120 acres of rolling hills overlooking our stunning lake and surrounded by State Forest.
Each air-conditioned chalet also has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Linen is provided at no extra charge but we do ask that you bring your own swimming towels.

Car Parking : Each cottage has undercover parking and there is ample room to park additional cars close to each cottage,
Getting There : Glenlynn Cottages address is 80 Press Road, Glenlynn.
Go through Bridgetown and follow the South-West Highway as it bends to the left after you go over the bridge, towards Manjimup.
Continue for 5kms along the highway. Press Road is on the left and the Glenlynn Cottages sign is visible at the junction.
Follow Press Road past the house on the left for nearly 1km As the road bends to the left, turn right into our driveway, over the cattle grid.
As you enter our property, please be aware of livestock on the road. The speed limit on the driveway is 30kph. Drive carefully on the driveway as there is a drop off to the dam on the left.
You will go over another cattle grid and pass the homestead on the left, continue straight then turn left at the Cottages sign in front of the sheds.

Karri Cottage has a a queen bed in the main room which overlooks the stunning lake and trees. There is a double bed and a bunk bed in the second bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge, gas cook top and microwave. (There is an oven in Sheoak and Jarrah cottages only.)
Bathroom with shower, sink and hairdryer. The toilet is off the laundry.
Washing machine (in Karri, Marri and Jarrah cottages).
Open lounge with dining area for up to 6 people and comfortable seating with flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD.
Wood fire stove and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Private deck with BBQ overlooking our beautiful lake & natural picturesque settings.

A 50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance payable one week prior to your stay.

Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival will be refunded in full, minus a merchant fee of 2.85%

**COVID 19 - If the Western Australian Government implement travel restrictions that stops travel from your area within Western Australia, then a full refund of deposit will be given, minus a 2.85% merchant fee.

No Show Policy
Failure to arrive for your stay will result in your full payment forfeited unless there special circumstances.
Child Policy
Any child requiring a bed is charged as an additional guest. If the child requires a portacot, these are provided free of charge.
Check-in Policy
You are welcome to check in any time after 2pm.
Other Policy
Dog Information There is a dog surcharge of $20. Dogs are allowed inside the cottages but must not go in the bedrooms. Please ensure your dog does not go on any furniture, sofas or beds. A fee will be charged for any damage or if extra cleaning is required.
We ask that they are kept under close control around the cottages and dam and on a lead in any other area of the farm. Our donkey Murphy, and the cows can sometimes 'have go' at dogs so please be careful around the animals. Please ensure your dog does not worry the sheep and clean up after them.
