Booking Policy

You will be required to provide Photo ID on arrival.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to confirm each reservation. For all bookings, a deposit equivalent to the first night's accommodation rate must be submitted at the time of reservation. Please be aware that reservations will not be guaranteed without this deposit. Additionally, the name on the merchant statement will appear as Wonthaggi Workers Club.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. However, for bookings during peak season at our property, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the arrival date to receive a full refund..

No Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, your credit card will be charged for the first night of your stay.

Child Policy

Children are welcome! Extra beds can be arranged upon request, with a maximum of one per room, pending management approval. Please keep in mind that additional charges for extra beds are not included in the total cost and will need to be paid separately during your stay. Children are welcome. The pre-authorised $1 amount is set aside by the card issuer for a period of up to 14 days from the date of pre-authorisation and the pre-authorisation will affect your available funds balance or spending limit. For more information on this practice please contact your card issuer.
Once a pre-authorisation has been made, MJ McMahon cannot release, remove or lower the authorised amount. This is a restriction imposed by the card issuer, and cannot be negotiated.
