Our beautiful farming property is 15 minutes (12 km) from Pemberton, nestled amongst the Karri trees and with a 3 km Warren River frontage. Indulge in the peace and tranquility of our off grid Tiny House, with majestic views over the large waterway which is exclusively yours for swimming, canoeing or fishing. The world famous mountain bike track, The Munda Biddi, is only 1 km from the Tiny.

Getting There : The roads are unsealed gravel for up to 10km once you turn off Vasse Highway or South Western Highway. A two-wheel-drive car is certainly adequate, but be aware there may be corrugations. Please drive to the conditions.

Lakeside At Ryan's Rest

Your off-grid, purpose handcrafted, pet friendly, Tiny House is very well equipped, making it an experience far removed from camping - in a space exclusively for you and your loved ones. It has a full size queen bed down stairs and a double bed in the loft (accessed by a ladder) all fitted with quality French linen bedding, hot & cold running water, kitchen with fridge/freezer and a two burner gas stove top. The space has a full-sized bathroom, shower, vanity and, inside and outside, composting toilets.

There is also an outdoor patio area with gas hooded barbecue and a fire pit. Sync your favourite playlist with the speaker provided and rock the valley, or just listen to the symphony of frogs, abundant bird life and witness the many other forms of wildlife frequenting the valley.

The Grove At Ryan's Rest

Your Tiny House on Wheels is nestled in our working lemon orchard. It is very well equipped, with an upstairs queen bed complete with opening skylight and views over our orchard - fitted with high quality French linen bedding. In addition, a fold-out queen sofa bed is located in the down stairs living space. There is a full bathroom (think Belgium linen waffle towels), composting toilet, hot and cold running water, full kitchen with medium sized refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, two burner hot plate as well as reverse cycle air conditioning.

Our incredible wood fired outdoor bath is a work of art in itself. Indulge in a candlelit soak, (complete with bath salts) under the stars.

The outdoor fire pit area has westerly views over the valley and is a fabulous space to partake in the final golden hour of the day and into the night.

A Weber hooded barbeque is provided on our spacious outdoor patio, with dining area and outdoor beanbag lounging space.

Booking Policy

!!IMPORTANT!!
We do ask that you please don't book with us if you have travelled, or plan on travelling overseas, two weeks prior to your arrival at Warren Valley Farm. An outbreak of Foot and Mouth Disease would be catastrophic for us. Thank you so very kindly for consideration of this.

We do require reservations by the guest who is going to be staying at our special space.

It is important to read the House Manual to become more familiar with the off-grid facilities and how to use these systems.

Deposit Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled within 14 days notice of arrival are non refundable.

Other Policy

- Pets are welcome at Lakeside however we do have a No Pet policy at The Grove unfortunately. At Lakeside we ask that they remain on the floor with their own bedding and a clean up of hair completed. There is a $40 pet fee at Lakeside as this does add an extra hour to our clean.

- There are four wide gradual steps into the Tiny House

- Our farm, Warren Valley, is a working rural operation and there may be times when noise, machinery, dust and livestock movement may impact your stay. However this is generally very minimal.

- There is up to 10km of gravel road leading to Ryan’s Rest. At certain times of the year there may be corrugations or potholes. It is two wheel drive access.

- Telstra and Vodafone services are available on site at Lakeside, however no Optus. The Grove has some coverage of most carriers. Please download or confirm directions before leaving the nearest town as signal is very patchy en route.

- No Wifi is available on site.

- Under a minimal impact code, we are off grid - having adequate power/rainwater for the energy and water conscious! (Unfortunately LENGTHY SHOWERS are the biggest culprit and a showering time of less than 2 minutes is suggested to maintain adequate water supply for your stay)

- Our toilets are of a composting nature.

- The Grove outdoor bath, although filtered, is filled from Lake Janis which is an untreated water body.

- The nearest town of Pemberton is 12 km away, so please ensure you have adequate supplies - although it is a very nice drive into town (depending upon road conditions at the time!)

- There is deep water 100m from the Tiny House location.

- We do not provide towels for swimming at Lakeside.

- No smoking.

- No parties or events.
