We cater to the comfort, privacy and security of our registered guests. Guest visitors are only permitted on the property with prior approval from the owner.
Messmates Inverloch is regarded as a quiet escape and romantic getaway for most of our guests, and we work hard to foster that environment, therefore we have a strict adults only policy.
In consideration of our guests and wildlife who visit the property, we regret that we are not able to accommodate guest pets.
Non Smoking Policy:
Messmates Inverloch is a non smoking property. We do not allow smoking in any of our suites or on any part of the property. Guests smoking in their suite or on the property will be charged a minimum $200 fee and any costs to return the room(s) to a non-smoking status. Guests will also be asked to leave the property and will not receive a refund of any monies paid.

Wedding Night Stays:
If you are booking a stay for your wedding night, please be advised that our guest rooms, common areas and grounds are for our registered guests only. In consideration of other registered guests, we cannot accommodate family and friends to use any guest room or any part of the grounds for bridal party wedding preparations and photographs without approval of the owners.

Breakfast Times:
A continental breakfast is included in your room rate and supplied in your suite. Guests can upgrade to our breakfast menu (delivered to you suite at a time that suits you) for $15.00 per person per breakfast. Upgrades can be made at the time of booking or by 5.00pm each day. Please let us know of any food allergies.

Alcoholic Beverages:
Guests may bring their own, but for the safety and comfort of all of our guests, please drink responsibly. There are several establishments to purchase locally as well including local wineries.

Damages:
While reasonable wear and tear is anticipated, negligent damages found to be the responsibility of a guest will be assessed and charged to the guest. Please report all spills to the owners promptly.
