Situated on 0.6 hectares on the edge and within walking distance of the quaint town of Pemberton. An ideal house if you are seeking seclusion and privacy. The spacious layout also makes for a comfortable stay for families and larger groups.

Built of local Blackbutt, Jarrah and Marri wood with earth walls, the sensation of Pemberton’s spectacular forests being drawn inside is created. A blazing wood fire in winter and the cooling effects of clever solar passive design in summer ensure a superbly comfortable stay. Furnished in modern country style, large windows providing uninterrupted views of the forest. Eucalyptus House is a country stay like no other.

As Pemberton can be wet and muddy, please leave your shoes outside.
Keep the Accommodation clean, tidy and clear of rubbish and leave Eucalyptus House in the same condition as you find it.
Do not leave any objects or waste at Eucalyptus House.
Do not do or permit to be done in Eucalyptus House anything which is or which may be or become a nuisance, damage, annoyance, inconvenience or disturbance to occupiers of neighbouring accommodation including (but not limited to) playing loud music or musical instruments, dancing, entertaining at the Eucalyptus House or moving furniture.
Do not conduct any business or commercial activity whatsoever from Eucalyptus House including, but not limited to, conducting any photoshoots that are not expressly authorised in writing by us.
Guests are not to make any alteration or addition whatsoever to Eucalyptus House or its contents.
Guests are not use Eucalyptus House for any purpose other than for personal accommodation.

Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment can be made by direct deposit with Internet banking.
Final payment is due one week before the date of your arrival.

Deposits are refundable up to one week prior to commencment. Less than one week, deosits are refundable only on the condition a substitute booking can be made.
A 5% administration service fee would apply to all cancellations.
At our discretion, a letter of credit can be arranged in lieu of a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be made in the event of borders being closed by a state government in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
