A government issued valid ID proof will required.
This reservation does not mean that you have successfully booked your accommodation. We will notify you once your booking has been accepted by us. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your booking has been approved.
The Pilgrim Lodge reserves the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price inclusions or service at any point in time.
All reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless other wise specified.
15% Surcharge applies during Holiday and Peak seasons.
The reservation is non-transferable to different guests.
1-Double-Bed Rooms are available exclusively for single individuals or married couples. For two guests who are not married, please reserve two separate 1-Double-Bed Rooms. Same gender guests may choose a 2-Double-Bed Room instead.
Nan Tien Temple is closed on Mondays (except Public Holidays). During the closure, all visitor facilities—including the Main Shrine, Front Shrine, Pagoda, Tea House, and Gift Shop—will not be accessible. However, guests staying at Pilgrim Lodge who are checking out on Monday are still welcome to walk around the temple grounds.
No refunds for room changes, early departures or after check-in.
No booking is deemed to be confirmed until the Lodge is in receipt of the tariff of the first night or 50% of total room tariff, whichever is higher, unless otherwise agreed in writing by management.
• The first night's tariff, or 50% of total room tariff, whichever is higher, is charged at the time of booking. This amount, minus a $50.00 administration fee, will be refunded when notice of a cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to the commencement date.
• Refunds will not be given on discounted accommodation, public holidays, Peak seasons, after commencement date & less than 48 hours notice for cancellation.
• Deferral: There will be no extra administration fee if the deferral notice is received at least 48 hours in advance. However, extra costs might be incurred due to adjustments of rates and availability of the room type on the new booking date; an extra administration fee of $50 will be charged if the accommodation is deferred to another time not within the calendar year. Only one deferral will be considered for Peak Seasons bookings. An administration fee of $50 applies for all Peak Season Booking deferrals.

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
All children are welcome. (Child age 5-12years old)
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent /guardian.
The Lodge has the right to refuse any booking, when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide current photo ID, when requested on check-in.
Check-in start after 2 PM.
At check-in, the guest must provide an ID that matches the booking guest name. The name cannot be changed later.
Late check-out is subject to approval by Pilgrim Lodge and is available until 11 AM at the latest.

•No meat, alcohol, illicit drugs or smoking is permitted in the Lodge or on Temple grounds. No cooking is permitted & No food is to be consumed inside Lodge rooms. There is a strict NO PARTY POLICY and intoxicated guests are not accepted. Guests need to return to the Temple grounds no later than 9:00 pm. Any guests found breaking these restrictions may be asked to leave & all payments and security bond will be retained.
•NSW Fire Service will fine any person activating false fire alarm. The fine is AUD $2000.00.
•Keys to the room are to be returned to reception on departure. $100.00 fee will be charged if keys or fobs are lost (each). All Guests shall pay the security bond of $100 in cash or credit card details when check-in, which is for the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Lodge’s property or structure. The deposit will be fully refunded if the room key is returned and no extra cost is incurred during the stay.
•Injury, Theft and Damages: Nan Tien Temple Pilgrim Lodge is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or any damages incurred by or to the guest or the guest’s associates, through the period of the staying at the Lodge, except as required by federal and/or state legislation.
