St Georges Motor Inn

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT: We have informed the guest that they must produce photo ID at
check-in that matches the guest name on this booking, and that you will take and retain a
copy of this ID to accompany the guest's signed registration. The guest is also aware that
you may require them to provide a security deposit at check-in to guarantee payment of
any incidental charges. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

All rooms require $250 Bond. Free car parking is available.
Please note that there is a 1.2% flat charge when you pay with a card.

One Night Deposit will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
$300 Bond is required for the "Family Room Sleeps 7 People".

All other rooms require $200 Bond.

Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 48 hours prior
to the check in date and time or you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the booking.

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, YOU WILL BE

CHARGED FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING.

Child over 12 is considered as adult.

Checkin start after 2 PM.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY:

Smoking

As this is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors
and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room
we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to immediately charge
a minimum $250.00 and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest. Resulting
loss of income could be following guests refusing to stay in that booked room.

Deposits / Bonds

All rooms require a $250 Bond on top of any accommodation payments

Room condition

If your room is left in an unsatisfactory state, this includes, excessive rubbish, misuse of
hotel property (including manchester), any unhygienic uncleanliness or excessive mess,
which causes unwarranted cleaning time by the St Georges Motor Inn. The registered
guest will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee.

Damage to Motel Property

Damage to motel property should be reported immediately. Assessments are done upon
full cleans and after check-outs and non-reported damage will be automatically charged,
at market rates, to the registered guest's account.

Key Loss & Security Policy

For the security of our guests and the property, all room keys/cards must be returned to
the front desk upon check-out. In the event of a lost, stolen, or unreturned key, a $250.00
Replacement & Security Re-keying Fee will be charged.

Visitors

Visitors are permitted at the property management's discretion. The registered guest is
responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate
or reckless acts that result in damage to our property, that require specialist cleaning or
repair, will be charged to the registered guest.

Overdue Accounts

All accounts are payable on arrival. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees
on all accounts not paid by due date.

Child Policy

Children 2 years of age and under are free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult
and using a port-a-cot. In circumstances where additional beds or bedding are required or
used, the extra person rate will apply. Beds that are unnecessarily used that are not part
of the tariff will be charged as well. We also note that it is the parent's responsibility to
supervise children at all times while staying at St Georges Motor Inn.

Force Majeure
The St Georges Motor Inn will not be in any breach of this agreement or in any way liable,
if it is prevented from complying with the supply of accommodation and other related
services by reason of Act of God, Act of Public Enemy, War, Earthquake, Riot, Fire, Storm,
Flood, Explosion, Compliance with any Law of Government Restraint Order, Rule
Regulations, Strikes, Lock Outs or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the
motel.
