Containing 31 well appointed suites, all with rural views of the lake and countryside, each suite comes with king bed or twin set up with additional double sofa bed, separate dressing room and a bathroom with a bath.

Ten acres of landscaped grounds including a lake which are ideal for photographic sessions. A rotunda is located in the grounds. Briars Historic Inn is located on the same property but is undergoing repairs. A children's play area is available

Booking Policy

No person under the age of 18 can book a room. Credit card surcharges apply when payment is made by Visa or MasterCard of 1.5%. Amex surcharge is 2.5%.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, cancelling within 48 hours of the arrival date incurs one nights accommodation fee.

Checkin Policy

Check in time is from 2pm, if arriving later than 8pm notification is required. Reception staff will confirm late check In arrangements upon contact.

Child Policy

Any child up to the age of 11 years will be charged at $35 per child for room only accommodation. When accompanied by two adults under a bed & breakfast package, there will be no charge for children for breakfast.

Deposit Policy

No prepayment deposit is required at any time for any booking. Full payment for the first nights room charge is required upon arrival or where charges apply in the case of cancellation. Credit card surcharges apply when payment is made by Visa or MasterCard of 1.5%. Amex surcharge is 2.5%.

No-show Policy

Failure to arrive for the scheduled arrival date will incur that nights accommodation charge.

Other Policy

All rooms consist of a King size bed or Two Single beds. When booking additional people each room has a double pull out sofa bed. Additional people can be added in the comments field. with a limit of 4 persons per room, charges apply to additional people. Credit card surcharges apply when payment is made by Visa or MasterCard of 1.5%. Amex surcharge is 2.5%.
