Booking Policy

No person under the age of 18 can book a room.
Credit card surcharges apply when payment is made by Visa or MasterCard of 1.5%. Amex surcharge is 2.5%.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 48 hours of the arrival date incurs one full nights' accommodation fee.

Child Policy

Any child up to the age of 11 years will be charged at $50 per child for room only accommodation.

Deposit Policy

No prepayment deposit is required at any time for any booking. Full payment for the first nights room charge is required upon arrival or where charges apply in the case of cancellation. Credit card surcharges apply when payment is made by Visa or MasterCard of 1.5%. Amex surcharge is 2.5%.

Noshow Policy

Failure to arrive for the scheduled arrival date will incur full accommodation charge.

Other Policy
