Taras Richmond Farmstay - Kookaburra and Wren cottages are brand new, fully self-contained eco-friendly 2 bedroom, self contained cottages suitable for groups, families, or couples who like plenty of space when on holidays. Clean, welcoming and light with quality bedding and linen, the cottages are a great home away from home. Outside there are 360 degree views across paddocks to Mt Wellington and surrounding countryside. Inside, the well-equipped kitchens are complete with full size fridge, microwave, toaster and gas cooktop. Just 30 minutes' drive from Hobart city and 25 minutes to the Airport. Stay for a day or a week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or modification within 14 days of check-in will forfeit the first nights accommodation fee.

Child Policy

Children are welcome at Taras Richmond Farmstay, but if over 2 years old they must be included in your booking. Please let us know if you intend to bring children of any age. Proof of age may be requested for children under 2 years old. Note that the Wellington studio is not suitable for children of any age. Please book the Sugarloaf apartment or a 2 bedroom cottage if you have any children in your party.

Deposit Policy

Credit card details are required at booking to confirm your reservation, but payment is due on your arrival. Cash or credit card accepted.

Noshow Policy

No-show will forfeit the first nights accommodation fee.
