Terms & Conditions


Booking Policy

Booking for accommodation is confirmed by payment of deposit 50% of total fee. Final payment to be made in 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are not refundable (or transferable) if a cancellation is made within 4 weeks prior to arrival unless the property can be rebooked. All refunds attract a $30 administration fee.

Child Policy

Children under 2yrs old are welcome. A portable cot & bedding can be provided at $20/night, otherwise BYO is fine & there will be no extra charge

Deposit Policy

50% of total fee is required as deposit for accommodation booking.

Noshow Policy

No refund

Not to smoke inside the house /
Not to damage or remove property /
Not to increase the number of guests without prior consent of management /
Not to hold a function or party without prior consent of management /
To leave the kitchen clean./
Not to bring pets /
If organizing an onsite massage, hairdresser etc. the company will be required to provide management with a copy of their Certificate of Public Liability./
Not to leave the house in an unreasonable condition
Not to remove any items from the house if you are attending a concert, please take your own picnic items such as rugs or beach chairs./
You will be required to provide us with your credit card details on arrival. Management will debit your credit card to recover the cost of any of the above. We regret the need to have to formalize these conditions & know that for most of our guests they are not necessary./
The owners of the property known as "The Residence @ Elbourne Wines", 540 Wilderness Road Lovedale, take no responsibility for guests' personal property./
