Booking Policy

Total cost of accommodation will be charged within the 14 day period prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations accepted within 14 days prior to arrival.
Rescheduling of booking is only permitted outside of this 14 day cut off time period.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival is subject to full payment & no re-scheduling. People seeking to reschedule within this 14 day period due to illness or medical condition, MUST PROVIDE a medical doctors certification for their illness to be eligable to reschedule their booking. Other genuine special circumstances will be given consideration for rescheduling.

Child Policy

All children are welcome and a charge is applied for all children regardless of age. For infants using a cot or sharing bed with parents, a charge of $ 20 per night is required.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of total cost will be charged within 14 days of arrival.

Noshow Policy

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Other Policy

Food or personal hygiene items are NOT PROVIDED.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED on site.
The number of guests per Unit or Cottage is determined by the number of beds to accommodate guests, per room. No extra beds are available.
WARNING - if guest arrives with more persons than we have bedding for, then the guest will be required to find alternative accommodation for the extra persons. No exceptions.
All guests must adhere to our - House Rules & Conditions of Stay Policy, which is on display in all of our dwellings.
