This large premium two-bedroom apartment is situated in a prime position at the front of the property and is one-of-a-kind with two private balconies from the lounge/living area. A north-facing balcony overlooks the pool area and has an outdoor dining table and sun lounge, and the east-facing balcony looking over the ocean and partial views of Flynns Beach. The apartment itself also has ocean views from the lounge room, dining area, as well as both bedrooms. These apartments come complete with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven/grill, microwave, full-sized fridge/freezer and all the cooking equipment to make you feel right at home. Ensuring your family is comfortable for their nights away, with comfortable large lounges, HD TV, BluRay/DVD player, and a CD player. Wifi access is also available in our apartments. These apartments feature recently upgraded medium grade pillowtop mattress on the Queen bed in the main bedroom, and two single beds in the second bedroom. All bedrooms have a wardrobe with extra blankets to keep you warm and snug on cold winter nights, as well as fans to help keep you cool in summer. All apartments come with their own linens, including bath towels, however, we do recommend you bring your own beach towels. This apartment comes with a shower-over-bathtub. Please be advised we do not have lifts at this property, and apartments are accessible via stairs only. This apartment is only available on level one (one up from the ground level). If you cannot do stairs, please book a ground floor apartment. Photos of apartment view are to be taken as a guide only and will differ year to year. While we do our best to update photos regularly, we do not have control over trees obscuring any views that are not on our grounds.

Booking Policy

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for $300 security bond payment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 50 will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

Deposit Policy

100% of the first night will be charged anytime after booking.

Noshow Policy

In case of No-show 100% of the booking will be charged.
