Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel your booking less then 30 days before arrival.

Child Policy

All children are welcome.

Deposit Policy

You will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price in the 30 days before arrival. This deposit can either be paid through paypal (we charge 5% extra for paypal payments) or send to our Thai bank account.

Noshow Policy

In case of No-show 50% of the total price will be charged.
