Our Absolute Beachfront Villa 38 is the perfect place for an island escape. This villa has breath taking beach front views which expand across Moreton Bay, where you can see the silhouettes of the Glass House Mountains. Accommodating up to 6 guests this villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a sleepout. Completely self contained, downstairs is open plan living with the kitchen/dining/lounge room opening up onto a deck, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is also an extra toilet and laundry facilities. Upstairs you can enjoy the private balcony off the main bedroom - perfect for sunset drinks or an early morning cuppa. Also upstairs is the extra bedroom, sleepout and bathroom. All linen is included in your stay, along with access to resort facilities making this a great place for an island escape or family holiday.

Booking Policy

You are booking a privately owned property located at Tangalooma Resort.

By making this booking you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival.

If cancelled within 30 days of arrival then no refund will be given (you will be liable for 100% of the booking total)

COVID-19 Travel Restrictions - if the booking is cancelled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions then a full refund of any money paid will be provided or the booking may be moved to a later date without penalty.

Deposit Policy

100% booking amount is payable 30 days before arrival date.

Your credit card will be automatically charged 30 days before your arrival date. Note there is a 1.5% surcharge for Visa and Mastercard credit card payments.

Noshow Policy

Full amount will be charged for a no show

Other Policy

Lost keys - $50 fee for lost keys

Damages - Please notify us of any damages or breakages during your stay. You will be charged for any breakages/damages that are deemed to be as a result of your actions.

Additional Cleaning - If the property is left in a state that requires excessive cleaning then additional cleaning fees will be charged

Missing linen and other item - you will be charged for any lost or missing items and linen.
