Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations notified 14 days prior to arrival will receive full refund less cancellation fee*.

Cancellations notified between 7 and 14 days may incur a 1 night accommodation cost plus cancellation fee*.
Cancellations notified less that 7 days may incur 100% accommodation cost plus cancellation fee at the discretion of management*.

Cancellation policy may vary with third party online travel agent (OTA).

*Cancellation fee - All OTA website fees and all credit card fees plus $25 admin fee.

Child Policy

All Children Are welcome.

Deposit Policy

Deposit of 1 night accommodation will be charged to submitted credit card 7 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged to submitted credit card at time of arrival.
Exceptions are from December 15th to January 31st, Easter & Oct long weekend. Bookings made within these dates will be charged in full 7 prior to arrival.
Guests must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card form. Care must be taken by the guest to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct. Wenton Farm takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted. It is the guest responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available at time of payment.
Guests preferring to pay by bank transfer will need to make payment and email receipt before charging date to avoid confusion. Please note a valid credit card must still be entered at time of booking but will not be charged if payment or payment receipt is received prior to charging date.
Guests preferring a different method of payment to above will need to contact management prior to booking.
